The growing range of web tools that Google has developed and is currently developing will eventually make it increasing difficult for sites like Bravenet.com (see below) to survive. In order to access Google tools you need to register. Do that here. 

Google has an online wordprocessor and spreadsheet application you can access from anywhere and you can save the files on line. Not only that, but your colleagues can sign in to the same application so you can collaborate on documents and access one another’s files. The trend appears to be that over time, more and more of our basic business software will no longer be accessed through our computer but rather on the Internet. As usual, Google is leading the way. You can also have an online calendar which you can make visible to everyone or only to those you wish to see it. Google has done a pretty good job with this application. You can keep all of your appointments online. Take the Calendar Tour.

I recommend Google’s GMAIL as a robust replacement for hotmail or yahoo mail. It’s features are more robust in my opinion and it never crashes on me like the others do. Also, using GMAIL does make it easier I think to access all of the many Google services and tools. Click HERE for more info.
